The second part is a dramatization of a true case study by Loreto Limuru Girls High School showing the kind of pressure put on a girl by the cultural environment. The third part brings out the Christian alternative rite of passage being offered to girls by Sr. Dr. Ephigenia and others, coupled by testimonies from women who share the real impact and complications of the operation and interviews from church readers who give their point of view on the possible solutions to this problem.
